In this course I created a strategic marketing plan for Casa Santo Stefano, part of the Columbia Restaurant Group in Tampa, FL, aimed at boosting its market presence and customer base. The plan incorporates key frameworks and different marketing analysis. The strategy combines traditional advertising with digital tactics, including social media, influencer collaborations, and local SEO, to enhance visibility and drive traffic. Clear KPIs are set to track performance and make data-driven improvements, ensuring long-term growth and brand loyalty.
In my this course, I engaged in an in-depth study of the behavioral science concepts that influence consumer decision-making, focusing on aspects such as personality, perception, and the impact of group and cultural dynamics. The course emphasized how marketers can leverage these insights to build more effective strategies and foster stronger customer relationships. Through various learning activities, I examined internal psychological factors, analyzed how consumers select and use products, and investigated how social and cultural contexts shape consumer actions. This comprehensive approach enriched my understanding of how to apply these insights to real-world marketing
In this course, I gained a strong foundation in essential online marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy. The course focused on understanding the digital customer journey and using data analytics to optimize campaigns and measure performance. A significant part of my learning involved earning industry-recognized certifications through HubSpot, where I completed courses in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics and inbound marketing. Additionally, I designed this personal website applying this knowledge and creativity.
